Sounds Like
.."The best band in the whole world!" - Grace from the Middle Ones... .."Pavement in their more extreme Fall tribute stage, but slowed down" - our friend Jim, the first time he heard us... .."Fronted by a female singer seemingly straight out of some jean luc godard film, the band were a kind of cross between belle and sebastian, beat happening and my bloody valentine: shambling c86, cutie-pop by way of shoe-gazing. the bands amateurishness (some bloke appeared with the drum-kit three songs into the set...) a massive part of their charm.", Yawn blog.. .."All the best elements of outsider music and girl-group pop thrown together in one beautiful mess"/ "The Shaggs and the Langley Schools Music Project get signed to Motown and create what is universally considered to be the greatest music ever together in the past, then come forward in time and infect Natalie Rose Bradbury in a dream" - Tom Whyman .. .."An anti folk hero in the making..and an indie boys wet dream. Imagineu a Vashti Bunyan fent Antifolk?" - the Missing Leech.. .. "Blending the English eccentricity of Syd Barrett with Nico’s off-kilter harmonics and Vashti Bunyan’s pop sensibilities, Nat creates music that is entirely her own, unique and beautiful." - Sam from Planet Earth

Kayleigh Read Hey thanks Natalie! I am so glad you like my songs. I am sad I didn't get to meet you all too. I came down with a tummy flu while I was on my way to Manchester, which isn't fun. I put it down to working to hard! Kyle said I could maybe write a recipe for one of your zines? That would be so great! I used to be a cook in a place very similar to Manchesters Earth cafe.

Awwh, I didn't know he'd bought it. How sweet of him! Yep, putting a line up together for 26th of October. How's the fanzine doing? Kayleigh will be sending you a submission in the next couple of days x
Hiya,
I'm alright danke. Drawing Silent V#3 (which is fun) and applying for lots of jobs (which isn't). I'm putting Vase, Master Solo, Chapeau Fiasco and Pay No Mind on tomorrow ... which will be the first gig I've organised since leaving Manchester.

Hey Natalie! How did the gig at MRBLHAUS go? K xx
Well hope to meet you all soon!

hello the shreiking violets,... i've just watched "the prisoner" telly show,... what are you up to this tuesday ?
'mmm, I adore her sound. The self-harmonising reminds me of a band I once loved; a half-formed memory of listening to the Apples In Stereo through cheap crackling speakers. I can't wait to hear your new record(ing).xxxxx
My Shrieking Violets CD has broken through over-playing. :(
My local pound shop sells packs of 3 cassettes for, errr, a pound. If I buy a load and you steal some sweet packets we can spend a day or two decorating them for your new recordings!xxx
