Artist: “The question of kids now wanting everything for free is very difficult to handle, because you can’t talk to those kids !”
Journalist: “Even you ?”
Artist: “Me ? Of course ! Because to those kids, I represent, among other things, somebody who has money. So if I charge 15 cents for a concert, that’s 15 cents too much ! I’m not gonna be forced to give a free concert just because they insist on me giving a free concert, that does not make sense either ! This generation, I mean these kids, they’ve been handed down an evil, stinking rotten world, and they’re rebelling against it. They’re sick of it, and one way for them to say it is, I’m not gonna pay for it !”
