Wafa Obaidat - Creative Director After school and a foundation course at Chelsea College of Art and Design, Bahraini born, Wafa Al Obaidat found herself happily pursuing and continuing her education studying interior and spatial design. Although she never worked with fashion before the summer of 2005, she found she had a fondness for the buzz of the fashion industry and an eye for accessories and women swear. After a year of working with prestigious designers Liza Bruce and Nicholas Dera Vega, Wafa pursued to launch her own fashion label, Kashka. She is still studying interior and spatial design at Chelsea, London but manages to balance her studies with her aspiring fashion label. Our Philosophy The Kashka Philosophy is to create sexy, feminine pieces that you can wear for a practical or luxurious occasion. Kashka plans to present fresh, inventive collections while still maintaining the gracefulness and chic ness of Kashka. The creative director along with her creative team find inspirations from their travels to the middle east, and get inspired by everything and anything from the middle eastern culture and artefacts and mixes it with street edge culture to produce pieces that aim to steal the show. We aim to provide a sassy edge style guide on how and what to wear with the luxury label at all times to help flatter the clothes and accessories as well as the person wearing them.
