YELLOW PEARL "A Tribute To Phil Lynott and Thin Lizzy" Norges svar på legendariske Thin Lizzy, Yellow Pearl har spillt Norge på kryss og tvers de senere årene og gjestet både klubber og festivaler i Norge, Latvia, Sverige og Irland. Yellow Pearl har spillt sammen med band som Slade, Wig Wam og Sweet Terje Weum og Odd Inge Løwe Rygh startet bandet som et hobbyprosjekt så langt tilbake som mot slutten av 90 tallet! Det eskalerte gradvis og kritikerne roste bandet voldsomt for sitt lidenskaplige forhold til Thin Lizzy og Phil Lynott. "ITS ONLY ROCK AND ROLL BUT I LIKE IT!!!!!" Yellow Pearl må oppleves! Spillegleden, energien, twin-gitar duellene som tar deg med på en tur tilbake til den klassiske rockens storhetstid. Yellow Pearl! Norways premiere Thin Lizzy Tribute band!!!! The story of the band goes way back.... but 2008 was the start of a new era and a revamped Yellow Pearl was born and 2009 will be the Year of The Yellow Pearl!!! Band members have played at the famous "Vibe for Philo" in Dublin, Participated on the official album "The Spirit Of The Black Rose – A Tribute To Philip Lynott ". with Robin George, Randy Bachman, Ken Hensley, Philomena Lynott and many more. Yellow Pearl is proud to be a part of this album with the track "Rocky". An album that helped the Roisin Dubh Trust Fund to raise money for the statue of Philip Lynott in Dublin. In 2005 Yellow Pearl brought the music of Philip Lynott and Thin Lizzy abroad for the first time to Lithuania and at The Birzai Festival they experienced Irish Rock for the first time 7000 people was there and it was out of this world..... We just finished a studiosession with producer Leif Johansen (21 Guns). We recorded 2 songs that turned out just great! So stay tuned for more!!! Yellow Pearl constantly plays pubs and rock bars across Norway keeping the memory of Phil Lynott and Thin Lizzy alive and well. See you on tour! Yellow Pearl: Terje, Odd Inge, Svein and Ravn.
