- New album "Garden Of Temptation" will be released on Give Back Entertainment/Universal.

- Featured on Moby’s Grammy nominated album, “Last Night” where she sings the lead vocal on the entire song “I’m In Love.” The album was on the cover of MySpace and iTunes as the ‘Staff Favorite’. It went to #2 on the Billboard Charts.

- Dancing With The Sea, which she wrote and produced, was released in Europe on a Universal Compilation (which includes multi-platinum stars Norah Jones, Feist, Edie Brickell and Katie Melua - in addition to Wendy) and went to 8 on the charts. Performed, in a solo concert, at the National Philharmonic which was televised on network TV.

- Won Independent Music Award for “Best Song” that was also featured on this year’s premiere episode of MTV’s hit series, “The Hills.”

-Created SONICA, an all female tour of solo artists, who are releasing a compilation CD and TV show utilizing the talents of legends such as Tony Levin (John Lennon, Peter Gabriel), Jerry Marotta (Peter Gabriel, Sarah McLachlan) and Arturo Ofarril. Sponsors include Bosendorfer pianos, Nord, Mobile Vision Player, and Crave. SONICA was featured on the Feb 2008 cover of Indie Sounds Magazine.

- Guest on Bloomberg TV’s Night Talk with Mike Snyder, alongside Editor and Chief of Spin Magazine, Doug Brod, and heavyweight manager, Andy Leff - aired internationally.

- Starland was honored by The Songwriter’s Hall Of Fame at a ceremony and is featured on their CD.

-Performed at Laureaus Sport For Good Foundation hosted by Tony Hawk , and Ruby Peck Foundation hosted by Patrick Ewing, John Starks and Trent Tucker.

-Trans World, the largest retail distributor in the US, approached Wendy to set up an in-store tour for her across the country to promote her forthcoming CD.

-Wrote and sang on 2 songs for British duo Ror-Shak’s album, Deep, released internationally on Koch, alongside Capitol Records’ artist Morning Wood, and Julee Cruise. It charted in the Billboard Top 50.

-Wendy’s tracks for Ror-Shak are featured on Delta Airlines and are featured with a banner on the front page of iTunes as the “Staff Favorite.”

-3 songs featured in the widely released movie “They’re Just My Friends” which included her duet with multi-platinum rapper Capone of Island/Def Jam’s Capone & Noriega.

- Featured artist on the homepage of Broadcaster.com received over 16 million hits a month, followed by a 20 minute segment on their news show.

-Lead model and sponsored by Boy Meets Girl, worn by celebrity clientele such as Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Selma Hayek. She was featured in Women’s Wear Daily.

-Garden Of Temptation, which she wrote and produced, is featured on the 67 Records Essential New Artists Compilation.

-Wrote, performed and produced the theme song for the movie, The Original, as well as the feature film, Spiker.

-Guest on Voices Among Us talk show, where she was interviewed and sang live.

-Named VH1’s Best Emerging Artist after winning Step Up And Rock Contest (national audition)
