BIOGRAPHY

Voo are a band from Liverpool.

Their first LP 'Dates, Facts & Figures' was released in 2006 on Spank Records. Tracks from the album have been played on BBC national radio by Phill Jupitus, Marc Riley, Steve Lamacq, and Gideon Coe (who made the song ‘For Sake of Space’ his ‘Whammo of the Week’).

Voo's second album, 'Songs We Used to Dance To' was released in late 2010 on Unlabel, and is available as vinyl/CD pack and as download.

We like doing gigs. Over the years we've played with The Wedding Present, The Ravonettes, Crowded House (really), The Thermals, Hot Club de Paris, Field Music, Johnny Foreigner, Blood Red Shoes, Hammer No More the Fingers, Bearsuit, Shooting at Unarmed Men, 28 Costumes, Abe Vigoda, Danananakroyd, 65daysofstatic, and lots of others too.
