Morning all.
Well as you can see, The Filaments have decided to give it another crack. After Jon left to live in Philadelphia 5 years ago it looked very much as if the band would not be playing again, however, each year threw up opportunities for the band to get together and gigs kept trickling out. Now all members are all living on English soil once more, and interest in the band is still high, so it seems logical to get the ball rolling again.
In future we hope to be playing shows both in the UK and in Europe, and we are currently rehearsing a new album which will hopefully be ready for release in 2011.
Our next show will be December 17th at the Gaff. Tickets are available from all ages in London and at the Gaff (Holloway Road). This event is limited to 222 tickets and will sell out so advance tickets are recommended!
Looking forward to seeing you horrible lot back on the road and meeting some new faces in the near future!
