Tempers Edge started back in 2008 but much have changed since then. Right from the start TE has been the brainchild of Andy and Christofer and since then they have fought to keep TE alive. Members have come and gone but the idea of the band has prevailed. And still the struggle continues. Since a year back TE has gotten back on their feet. Finding new members, writing new material and becoming even angrier and more upset with the turn the world has taken. Tempers Edge has always been a band of outsiders , underdogs if you will, not trying to fit in but exploring the outskirts of the modern day society, trying to shake life into the stiff corpse of a city they live in and finding a point with all the hardships and strife you face. Tempers Edge isn't a political band but stands for social change and personal growth. Not via religion or spiritualism but via the realization that this is the only chance we'll ever get, this is the only life we'll ever live so we'd better live it to the fullest. Not on our knees and not in chains, real or imagined. And even though the two founding members of TE is Straight Edge and even though Tempers Edge contains the word edge, TE is not and has never been a SxE outfit. Still underdogs, still not fitting in, still stuck in a deadbeat city and still pointless, Tempers Edge is still fighting for survival. Never giving up.
