    Hello world, my name's Laura-Leigh or Lew to my friends. I'm a musician and a florist, which makes for a very pleasant life. I'm in a band called Heal the Last Stand with my brothers Joey and Stan and our friend Thom. Other than that, I DJ a bit with TEAM LYNNE at our night 2manyjds and I still play solo occasionally so, boom! Life is sweet, I hope it is for you too...x

  • Influences

    When I was growing up my Mum would listen to Carly Simon and Carol King, while she made a happy home for me and my six siblings. I idolised my brother Barnaby whose love of George Michael (Faith) brought a guitar into our house, which he only posed with but Joey picked up and showed me the ways. I went through a huge Beatles phase and found that George was my favorite. My good friend Andy Muir introduced me to the likes of Al Green and Pink Floyd he's also responsible for bringing Techno into my life, plus all of the madness that comes with those dark and dirty clubs, like Le Bateau. Carl Rylatt taught me how to make up chords with names I would never know. Rachel Lloyd showed me the beauty in all things and changed the way I looked at the world. Thankfully I am blessed with a great number of friends with talents and tastes that have all rubbed off on me and for them I am eternally grateful.

We released our debut album "What Love is..." in September of this year and have since been living the dream, touring and whatnot.
