About me:

My name is Faye and I am a pole dance teacher from Staines, Middlesex. I have been dancing for around 3 1/2 years and also nearing the completion of my aerobics instructor training.
I started pole dancing after having my daughter as a way to get fit and tone up and found it worked wonders. I found my body definition returned and I had this new found confidence which was just what I needed. I was so hooked, I bought my own pole have been swinging on it ever since and now want to bring the same to others.

Gone are the days where pole dancing was only associated with seedy strip clubs as it is fast becoming the biggest fitness craze amongst women!


About the lessons:

The lessons will run for an hour each and courses are in blocks of 6 weeks. They will consist of a warm up and cool down and During the lessons you will learn a series of spins, poses, transitions and inverts and be able to personalise them and create your own routines which you can take home and impress your friends/partners.
There will be no stripping or nudity involved and hopefully you will make some new friends as you all show encouragement for each other.
