This was one of two videos the band made. Made very much on the cheap (promo videos being a fairly new thing) it was filmed in the ITN newsroom. A model agency sent over their leg girl, the director liked the idea of a link to the album cover, and we were away.4:28 PM-

..Brings back memories of a bygone era where things were so much simpler (compared to today!)
The fashion of the day (huge lapels, bell bottoms) rocked! (at the time!)
All during a time when the Moog Synth (and MiniMoog) has just come out. This music was "real" and "honest" during a time when you'd be booed off the stage if you didn't play it pretty close to what you recorded. None of the heavy mixing and AutoTune software stuff of today.
Thanks Paul & the others for making such wonderful music! My day got off to a bad start but I think it just got better because now I'm in the "Drivers' Seat" Yeah!

This is the greatest tune!!! Always played this while cruising around in my 1959 Corvette or my 1970 Road Runner on a Saturday night!!!! Thanks for the great times!!! Also love the song 'Gold'!!!!

this was awesome!...i have never seen this video before...i'm always thinking of the scene in the movie 'Boogie Nights' when 'Driver's Seat' started to play...anyway, i'm sure you've had an earfull of that bit.

Heh. I loved this album when it came out (and still do!), and yet I never knew there were any videos made from it. Thanks for the pointer, I never would have thought to look for this!
