Born alongside the influential Broken Flag cassette label in 1982 Ramleh have been pummelling listeners off and on for many years, sometimes with serrated blasts of harsh electronics and sometimes with a bleak and punishing take on noise rock. Their recent revival heralds another chapter in their saga, so don't miss this extremely rare chance to catch them live. They don't leave their subterranean lair very often.

Anyone that stood in the front row of our Bong gig earlier this year will recall having their skin peeled off by Nacht und Nebel's opening set. An intense free jazz/improvisation ensemble featuring one of the world’s mostawesome saxophonists, unifying virtuosic acoustic contemporary jazz with RichardScott’s unique system of gesture controlled electronics and sampling: acompletely new approach to integrating electroacoustic music and jazzimprovisation. Their music is free flowing, conversational, and open to the whimof the moment, yet disciplined, structural and architectural. Tumultuouscollective sections give way to deconstructed funk rhythms, to delicately fragilepercussive fluttering passages and surprisingly lyrical moments. Saxophonist EvanParker rides the collective torrent, finding surprising nooks and crannies in itsflow.
