THE REGAL, was first opened on April 17th, 1938, just over 70 years ago, as a Cinema - In the 70's it was a Bingo Hall - In the 90's it was a Wetherspoons. Then it was The City Gate. Now in the 21st Century we have done a full circle and have decided to rename the venue "Regal" once again, but this time it is one of the largest up and coming Sports & Entertainment Bars in Norwich - with a capacity of 400. The bar offers a large range of spirits, lagers, ales and shooters at some of the Best prices in the city. The installation of our 20ft Large screen which is mainly used for showing SKY Sports & SETANTA has brought back some of the Cinema Aura, and made it one of the best places to come watch a Big Game. The Entertainment has a vary varied appeal with Live Acts, Electro-House and Karaoke if requested. -
