It's only a few days till the end of season and everyone is winding up for the last show, our Halloween special. But although that means the end of the show season for all of the cast and crew we're not done entertaining Mallorca yet. On the 2nd November we have a charity cricket match against Mallorca cricket club. Pirates played them 2 years ago and Drew so this is the decider and the gloves are off! also we have a football match on the 4th against 'Los Hooligans' – a team of ex-pats from Arenal which should be fun we beat the 6-3 last time so good luck boys!

Now I'm going to answer some of the questions I've been asked over the last few weeks:

Hanna from Whiston, its very hard to explain what its like playing to hundreds of screaming people every night but there's nothing quite like it and as far as I know Luke has never been on TV.
Louise from London, the difference between the Adventure and uncut? ha ha you will have to come and watch it and find out for yourself!
Lynzi from Glasgow, there have been talks of bringing the show to the UK, but nothing is set in stone keep watching this space!!!
Cathrine from Newcastle, funniest thing to happen at pirates is a hard one but last week a certain cast member forgot to go on stage, but he was standing behind the Director of Pirates oblivious to the fact he had missed his cue!
Grace from Manchester, this years DVD is on sale and you can order it on the website www.piratesadventure.com

I was watching the Russian swing in the uncut show a few weeks back and noticed that someone was pulling a funny face so I asked scarlet to look and we both thought it was really funny sorry Yves. Take a look! As it's the end of season I thought I would put a few more vids of us training for the next season hope you enjoy them!

We are now in the last week of high season and looking around the cast I would say everyone is exhausted and in need of a holiday! But although august is allot of hard work if we didn't enjoy the show we wouldn't do it!

We drop down to 9 shows next week as it calms down on the island and people start going back to school and work.

Training will start for 2008 in the next few weeks for us, we will be looking at new ideas and things we want to change, it gives us a chance to see the things we are doing before the season starts next year so we don't come back blind!

I don't really have much gossip for you this time round everyone has been so busy with the show that its just all rolled into one! But in the last Blog I said I would try and film the drunken sailor and Sir Henry Morgan back stage. Well Martyn the show Director changed Scarlet's routine slightly to make it look better and took one of their favourite moves out, so now they have the hump and wont do it anymore sorry!

If you do have any questions for me or any of the pirates please feel free to mail and ask! I  will do my best to get them answered for you!

Over the last month there has been allot going on, with the start of the summer holidays we are doing 11 shows a week now! The new DVD comes out this week which we are all very excited about! The Pirates Beach Bar and Grill opens soon! It's right on the beach front I walked past it the other day and it looks really good! And we have a new member of cast Andy Price a world class Acrobat from Bromley, Kent. He is very good and a little crazy so he is fitting in really well!

Back stage we have a TV monitor so we can watch the show and see where we are, last week Phil and Lee (Sir Henry Morgan and the drunken sailor) were watching scarlet's routine as they so often do! And decided to make up names for moves she was doing I know that sounds silly and it is, but its funny when your back stage listening to them talk about what they should call the next move! Might try and film it for you so you can see what I mean!

A few months ago I spoke to you about Stu, although he is at the brunt of allot of jokes at pirates he does take them very well! One morning I woke up to find the guys emptying his room of everything, by the time he got home there was nothing in it! I wish I had taken a picture of the look on his face! He wanted a double bed in his room so he bought this big blow-up bed that lee took great pleasure in deflating it every other day. Well one Sunday morning after we had all been out the night before lee decided to let the bed down while Stu was sleeping on it! Take a look!

Just before I go I thought id let you know that Scarlet is fine now and back in the show, she had to have 8 stitches but the cut has healed up nicely,  also Marcin one of our trampolinists dislocated his ankle in the show and will be out for a while get better soon!!

I'd like to say sorry to everyone who reads my diary for taking so long to update! But we have been incredibly busy over the last few weeks! We are now up to 9 shows a week and last week we had Mello Media here to do the video shoot for the new DVD. That went really well and they got some amazing footage so thanks boys it shouldn't be long before that's out.

I was backstage the other day in the middle of the show, and I saw that almost everyone has there little things they do before they go on stage for luck. Weather it be touching wood or having someone shouting obscenities at you but when you take notice it's quite funny. The drunken sailor has to wear the same pants every show, and before you ask he does take them home and wash them every night! (I think?)

During the show last night captain scarlet was hit on the head and had to go off stage, she ended up with a big cut on her forehead. I won't go into to much detail but she had to go to the hospital and ended up with 8 stitches in her head. Now she is ok, but the thing with head injuries is that even the slightest movement can be incredibly painful, so I hope you feel better soon Mel!
