..Music is my first love(and it shall be my last).Like most sports(season ticket holder at Man City....yeah i know...)Like the odd Budweiser now and again,and i've always got a book on the go......Music
..Early heroes included Bowie, Roxy and Alice Cooper, then i got into Northern Soul(a love that still remains).Late 70s brought me The Jam(Weller is a genius), and i love The Stranglers.The 80s weren't the best decade in musical history, but The Smiths, The Cure and The Wonder Stuff made them bearable, until the Madchester Scene arrived.Stone Roses(obviously), Mondays, Joy Division et al. put MY CITY firmly on the map.At this point i'll throw in Springsteen, who i really got into and from then on, i would basically give anyone a listen.Oasis, Massive Attack and U2 and every band/artist ever played on the ALL POWERFUL 96.2 THE REVOLUTION...too many bands to list here, but if you've got this far, then you'll know who they are.Of the current new crop, i'd have to give a special mention to Little Man Tate and The Tides......Movies

..TV is shite these days.i prefer to watch re-runs of classic series or movies eg.Auf Wiedersehen Pet, Boys from the Blackstuff, Blackadder, The Young Ones etc........Books
