2.Look to the bottom right where is says "not a member" It will take you to a pop up screen to member registration.
3.There you choose a screen name pass word etc. then click register
4.This will take you back to the home page. Look to the top left beside the home tab and you will see the Vote Now tab click the vote now tab
5.The screen will blink and look like the same page... you need to scroll down until you see "Public Voting Ballot" over a box with a scroll
6.Scroll it down fill in the info that is ask for there and start voting when you have finished voting at the bottom click done
