The New Inn FC

About me:

We are a football team located in Sandycroft and based at The New Inn. We were founded in 2007, but were previously called The Lifeboat for several years before, where there were great success along the way to the new club. Whilst called the Lifeboat FC, we had previously won the league convincingly and also had cup success, although the team had split up and departed for several different clubs, there are still some of the members who survived and led the team further to a new life now at The New Inn. In 06/07 season, The New Inn had cup success against the melrose in a compulsating final where they trailed 3.2 with seconds to spare, until Simo stepped up to take centre stage and fire a thunderbolt in the roof of the net! the game went through to extra time, with the scores still locked until one of the original members, although drastically has changed shape, come up with the goods and scored the winner, just before a penalty shootout occured! The New Inn have never looked back since and now look odds on favourite to win Divison 2, and step up to where they belong in the Prem with the cream of crop of Deeside Sunday League, with some shrewd signings in the transfer market by wheel and dealing agents Steve "Cody Banks" Jones, and Nathan "Pini Zahavi" Jones. Many Bookies are now not taking bets after they realised we are a Desside Sunday League team! There will be a match report after every game to follow this great successful club! ..
