Hi guys!
Thanks for all the lovely messages from people asking where they can get hold of the track... I've got a few copies at home but short of a) making each copy individually and posting cds out to everyone (might take me a while!) or b) getting a record deal (again, might take a while!) I'm not sure how to go about uploading it somewhere you can all have access to it!! So... if anyone has any clever suggestions of how I can upload the track so that you can all download it, please feel free to let me know! If I can bare it, I might even put the music video up on here!! AHHHH!
I look forward to hearing from anyone who is more clued up than me on all things webby and techie!
HELP!
Lots of love xxx

I can't believe my luck!I'm from South Africa and this ad aired in June 2006 as a TV ad on our screens! So many ppl loooved the ad especially the song!Being a Beatles fan, I knew that the song was 'Baby It's You' and was probably re-done for the ad particularly but I really really looooved this version. For a while I could not find this version of the song nor who actually sang it (i.e. the song sung by Maria A:) but figured it could not be found as obviously it was probably not an official song that had been released via a record co but only remade for the ad and then just left it. Now nearly a year later I've moved over to the UK and was missing seeing the TV ad and listening to the song (not airing over here in London and neither in the cinemas) and thought I should search again and came across the numerous uploads on youtube. What was even better is that I got to see the full-length ad!(as on our TV screens the ad was cut to just under a minute with a few NB scenes and a shorter version of the song). It was really nice to see the complete advert not to mention that along with all the other qus and responses, I was finally able to find out who actually sings this version of the song!:) along with the MySpace blog!
Just wanted to say - a really beautiful voice lifts this song alot along with the music - so I think ev1 is hoping that you finally get this song signed up along with a record deal and an upcoming song career so we can hear more of your lovely voice!
Just a bit of infor - the ad was mainly shot in Cape Town, South Africa (the first few scenes with the 4 girls on a building in Camps Bay as well as the airplane hangar scene), and ofcrse the latter scenes being shot in Italy itself. The 4 girls on top of the building including the main/lead actress in the ad are SA's top models. The main actress was chosen because of her close resemblance to Anita of the original film and she was even made the same version of the evening gown worn in the orig film.
I made a (pathetic excuse of) capture of the song and saved it as mp3
If anybody wants it, here it is http://www.fileul.com/view.php?file=C4xSO9
