Madina Lake are a four-piece band from Chicago, Illinois. With two albums under their belt they have taken the US and UK by storm drawing in a fan base called The River People. Now it is Australia's turn. Welcome to Madina Lake..
"Madina lake is a quiet sleepy lakeside town perched in the valley of its guardian mountains. Set in the 50's, the town is lost and isolated from the rest of the world. it's a microcosm of a society, enriched with social, political and meta-physical nuances. It's grounds are the setting for many strange occurrances. a place where lies, crimes, and deceit, are buried by its inhabitants. Such a place compels a soundtrack... "

..Not much on this end is going on I am afraid :( Well with the guys going to the UK for the Ball, the buzz is low here in the states... I think I might just keep using twitter and tell them to stream the ball for all of us that can't go... I think it would help...

Lol naw lame! Sif you have to hide the ML love :( I get it though, I used to have friends who didn't get the passion for any music at all. But I guess you could just be an anonymous host, & not really relate yourself to it? I could help out with some stuff too if ya need :)
Hmm true, is there a ML aus facebook page? Since facebook's 'all the rage' these days, you might get some more attention that way? Just an idea which would yet consume your life more haha xo
Haha I can imagine the project totally taking over. I so wouldn't have the effort for that, luckily you do :P Oh man that's lame, there's not a whole ton of open ML Aussie fans. Like obviously from the forum, but they were pretty packed at SW so odd. But yeah I should get around to writing the paragraph & printing off some forms durin the week :) Lol everyone loves prizes! It's so rad how motivated you are to get this going, I hope it works out for you! & it's totally not a waste of time, us awesome kids are countin on ya haha
