After the huge success of last year raising £6,500 for the Pilgrims Hospices in Kent, London's Alright returns to the Roadhouse, Covent Garden in London on Sunday the 23rd November 2008.
Its going to be another night of great music for a great cause held at a great venue. 5 Unsigned bands will take part in an entertaining night of musical entertainment. Along with a few surprises along the way.
All proceeds from ticket and door sales will be going to the Pilgrims Hospices in Kent, who care for people of all ages with incurable illnesses. These hospices are free for anyone who requires their services and are run completely by volunteers. The work that they do is truly amazing and requires over £7 million a year to operate as successfully as they do. More information on the charity can be found at The Pilgrims Hospices .
I hope that this year will be bigger and better than last year, if possible, with the aim to top last years amount raised. We have some fantastic bands lined up again, a couple returning from Londons Alright 2007!!
Together we can make a difference and help a well deserved cause so please show you generosity!!
Looking forward to seeing you there,
Stu
