Under the guise of Hills, singer songwriter Anne-Maarten van Heuvelen plays rootsy songs. His debut Album 'Friday the 17th' is released under the Silver Coast label late 2006. Fourteen songs in the best americana tradition. Anne-Maarten is a well known musician in the dutch music scene. He toured all over Europe after he came back from living in New York in 1999. Besides his solo project Hills, he is also singer bassplayer 50's style bluesband the MarbleTones, Arabicana project NO Blues and blues rock band Black Top.
