hey Joel:) How are you, Nicole and Harlow doing? I hope everything is all good. I had an ultrasound done on sept 24th and I found out I'm having twins! I was shocked and overwhelmed at first but I'm really happy:) I have the ultrasound pics up if you wanna take a look. good charlotte is my all time fave band... and always will be.

i went to your first brisbane concert in aus last year and i managed to get a mosh ticket. it was the most awesome mind blowing experience in my life... (well so far anyway.) having been a devoted GC fan for... well... ever. paul hurting his ankle then continueing to play. insane but made all of us just love youse more...

You and Nicole look so sweet together and you both look extra sweet with Harlow! :) I also saw her staring at your ear while you were holding her. I just wanted to say that I think it is wonderful that you are doing so much to help children in need and I can't believe how much of a role model you have become. I am also very glad that you have quit smoking, its a terrible habit. How is that going for you? Hope all is well with your family and with baby Harlow, she is beautiful.
