About me:

HI EVERYONE!

Here is a little bit of background about JANE'S MUSIC CLUB.

Previously called The Windmill Music Club, I am very pleased to rename the club this year to make it more my own rather than continue naming it after the venues in which I have run it! The locations from which I have previously held the club nights have been very supporticve but their changing fortunes have meant that I keep having to rename it each time I have to move on............but now no longer!!! JANE'S MUSIC CLUB it will now be & JANE'S MUSIC CLUB it will stay...............wherever it goes!!!

Since February 2008, the club has been held at The White Swan, Main Road, Bicknacre CM3 4RX. It is a sizeable venue which is happy to invite in all the performers that the club is lucky enough to attract. Many of the acts that have passed through the doors return on a regular basis to enjoy the fabulous music & atmosphere created. Every club night provides one headline act which gives a full half hour performance for the enjoyment of all & the rest of the evening is open to other performers.

The club was created for all those who want to play their kind of music for their own enjoyment & the enjoyment of others including music from many different genres including folk, rock, pop, country, jazz, classical & R & B.

Best of all there is a chance for some extremely talented acts to showcase their own original music with the use of the PA system provided.

JANE'S MUSIC CLUB takes place on the second Monday of every month so to all seasoned performers/bands & anyone else just starting out & wanting to find somewhere to gain confidence amongst people who are appreciative of all those who are behind the mic, then please come along & have a ball! I'd love to see you!
