Canadian born rapper, Model and entertainment scenesetter, Gina M aka Envyy has had her eyes on the target for as long as she has been alive. She (Lauren Tone) got the entertainment bug at an early age. At the age of 13, Lauren embarked on a career in modeling, with a district look and appeal, she found herself doing fashion shows, school talent shows all across Toronto not realizing she was setting herself up for a bigger stage. At aged 16, Lauren decided that there was more to see after touring Toronto so she packed her bags with her hopes and dreams and went out to British Columbia. While in B.C., Gina M Aka Envyy was born. She began promoting herself through Robinhood Entertainment. The response locally was amazing and thus gave her the motivation to progress with her solo career. If you ask Gina Envyy who are the artists that inspire her, they range from Lil Kim to Lauryn Hill and from 50 Cent to Drake. It is now 2010 and budding Gina M Aka Envyy is ready to take the industry by storm with a string of performances, and a strong team in Stomprite Canada. She recently debuted her single, "THE ONE" feat. J. Melody which is now available for digital distribution (i-Tunes, Rhapsody, Amazonmp3, napster, Emusic and more). Gina has made several appearances in various magazines and shows including AND THE BEAT GOES ON TV and WOODBINE SCION LAUNCH.
