  • Thanks and apologies

    Hi,

Firstly, many apologies for not keeping you all up to date through myspace of our progress. We are still here and as you can see from the gig guide, still gigging :)

I hope you are still checking in and updates will be posted daily from now on. Make sure you are all still checking out our web address and facebook page too and we've even shown face on twitter now, which will be interesting.

We've got lots of new bits and bobs going on at the moment and things are getting exciting. Have you seen the new youtube vids? Make sure you check out youtube over the next few weeks searching for Green Ball Flyers and get some live footage of us performing!

Now a massive thanks to everyone who has kept up to date with us. Make sure your friends get a look at our page and check the gig guide out to see if you can make it to any of the coming venues. We'd love to see you there and any new faces too :)

  • Orange Unsigned Act - results, kinda...

    Morning everyone

Firstly, we'd would like to thank everyone who voted for us in the Orange Unsigned Act competition. The voting closed on the 14th of Sept and they've not been in touch yet so we can only assume that we didn't make it through.

But, not all is lost; we got alot of good local publicity from it and gained a good few new fans so that's always good! Special thanks to Adam Civico at The Barnsley Chronicle, John at Hype! and Matt Laine at Dearne FM. Cheers fellas!

Thanks once again everyone and hope to see you at the next gig!

  • The Arches last night

Well last ngiht at The Arches went really well. The first band who were on were The Exhibition, really good solid indie tunes, not really our sorta stuff but awesome sound. We went on second and we all felt and looked more relaxed, especially The Dean Bird, so that was a plus. The music was tight and the vocals were good actually! Cheers to Glen for the great sound again! Oh, and he videoed some of the set for his internet channel, we'll keep you posted on that later... Last up were our new buddies (underused word that, buddy) Black Jak, as ever they did a brilliant set, can't beat these guys. Cheers to everyone that cam and see you at the next one!
