Bio:

We create by the water in a dirty Scar in the north of a dirty old city. Gravanzia formed in Camden town, London in 2000 from the remains of other bands. Fenrus, Levi and Tony are originally from the north east, Chad le Fanu is from Ireland. Gravanzia is the word we created to describe our sound and philosophy - psychedelic music and magick. Psychedelic as in soul revealing, not simply a late 60's rock & pop influence. Magick as in causing change in conformity with will, not pulling rabbits out of hats. We alter our state of mind, improvise quite intensely, record it then edit and craft the results into songs. It's a ritual for us and it continues to be a bloody good laugh! We gig sporadically and have produced and self-released several albums, the most recent being the rather fabulous Doom to the doom men. We dare you to put one in your house. We are currently 'working' on a new album and little by little we are creating our own audience. The world is sick, music and art should be therapy. The power of Gravanzia compels you!
