FMS INDIE SHOWCASE - Live @ 100 Club Oxford Street London 28th July 2011 Marines, Violet Bones, The Screening & The Hans Commission Featuring four of the brightest new bands from the South East and beyond live at the world famous 100 Club. “An eclectic mix of independent music”. “Music feeds dreams and keeps us alive, we live, exist and die to the sounds of music, it makes you happy, makes you sad, lifts you up, and throws you down.”
This night of live music, inspired and shaped by the DIY spirit and ethos of Tony Wilson and Malcolm McLaren, sees Independent bands work together in the spirit of co-operation to present a night of cutting edge new music at a venue that has previously hosted seminal live performances from the likes of; Bo Didley, The Who, The Kinks, Sex Pistols, The Clash, Oasis & Sonic Youth.
This space is for music fans, operated by music fans. Visit us, listen to the tunes of the week, love music. Enjoy it- !! Life is too short to be miserable !
In May we set up and organized the Launch party for the The Salford Music Co-operative. This is a group set up to promote independent music and put on gigs and give bands the opportunity to work together and get their music heard by a wider audience. It promotes the salford music scene and will allow salford talent to play shows in the city. It will also offer the possibility for gig swaps between Cambridge and Salford bands.

@ A ITC promoter since 2007, we have been luck enough to work with an all star cast; DJ Dave Haslam, Iconic Music Photographer Kevin Cummins, Rising Indie Star "Luke Leighfield" plus some of the most exciting and talented unsigned bands of this years ITC music festival in Manchester. All the bands were hoping to follow in the steps of "Cold Play", "Oasis" The Wombats and The subways. and get to play at the offical fringe of this world class music convention.
ITC 2009 Manchester was 18-20 October the Offical Fringe event of 2009 at the historic Kings Arms Bloom Street a great fringe venue with awsome stage, lights PA and the best AV projection in this yeas ITC events. Listen to some of the bands who played on the bill in our "Top Friends List"

Our Last charity event "There Goes Summer 2010 " Raised over £300 for local charities- the east of England air ambulance
For the last between 2005 and 2005 we organized the annual Teenage Kicks unsigned bands showcase at the world famous "Cambridge Corn Exchange" 7 bands get the chance to play in front of 1000 and have the time of their lives.
Our Annual Cambridge Bands and Intentional special guests CD was re-released January 2009 And was originally showcased @ the International Music Convention In The City in Manchester. 22 Tracks featuring the finest of Cambridge unsigned talent plus international artists who are making waves in the music scene across the globe.

This is a non commercial project and we do it because its fun, and there are not enough shows for the younger crowd, to give chances to bands to Play a great stage and to raise money for Huntington Multiple Sclerosis Therapy center and other charities. Past Events
3rd Birthday party bash @ the met lounge in Peterborough. This was a big thank you to everyone who has helped, supported and played at the various teenage kicks events over the last 4 years.

Our Last DVD launch was 29th June- The premier film preview of the footage filmed at the Cambridge Corn Exchange January 27th 2007- there were fantastic performances from The MoonJets,Rosalita,Lindas Nephew, James Page, AnDog- plus special guest 9FoldPunch and from Chanel 4 Muiscool AxeGirl- 200 people packed the hall and all had a great time- See you at the next One ! Reviews .. International Recognition for Local Gig- There Goes summer 2006 August 27th 2006 over 400+ people packed into the George hotel Ramsey to witness a celebration of independent music, that saw 10 live bands deliver some fantastic performances in a 8 hour live music event. Local Cambridge Bands, Equinox, After , AnDog, Linda's Nephew, 9Fold Punch & Badwell Ash & John Pearce, all gave stunning performances, mixed with almost famous bands such as The Clerks, Current BBC radio 1 favourites, who travelled from France, AntiCage and Exciting happy metal dub fusion band from the Chezch Republic, and ACACIA up and coming rock band from the midlands who have just completed a USA tour.
Legendary Sound Man Mick Hughes from Metalica also stopped by to check out the bands. Mick was impressed with the quality of the bands and especially thought that "AntiCage had a unique blend of Rock that could see them hit the big time in the coming months."
This site is insprired by a great young Bass Player who changed the lives of so many people. Tom Jones (Inkus) your memory and spirit lives on in the music you loved so much. On the edge of success and Only 17 when he tragically died as a result of a hit and run car incident
