    .. ...... .. On Friday 28th November 2008 Fighting Cancer Concerts staged its first UK event at The Spinning Wheel on Dewsbury Road, Beeston (Leeds). This is a new series of fundraisers which will raise money for different Cancer charities. .. ...... .. We are looking for people who can offer their talents in different ways to help raise money to beat this illness that is claiming more and more lives each day. ALL profits from that our events will go towards helping peoples lifes with Cancer! We openly display the amount we manage to raise and the distribution of it here on myspace. We know it won’t be millions or at least not at this stage, but every penny will help! If we manage to help just ONE persons life, all this work would have been worth it! As stated earlier, we at no time, ever profit from any activity both, directly or indirectly linked to Fighting Cancer Concerts. Many people have been hit by the impact of this terrible disease and now it's time to stand up and try make a difference. Fighting Cancer Concerts would like people to get in contact who feel they can make a difference in any way. .. ...... .. ..
