-Band line up officially formed in 2001

-Played a Tony Hawk clinic at Pasadena Skate Park, 2000+ attendance
-Kicked out of SXSW because our drummer was underage, set up at Chevron and cops broke it up

BIO

The early stages were formed in 2001, but things do change and with the current line-up, things have been excellent for the band.
They are constantly touring, working with Jagermeister, Coffin Case, Halo Guitars, Johnny Jackson (Texas Body Art), and various Texas metal bands, and making a scene for themselves.
Deep 6 has been privileged to have played with these bands: Kittie, Otep, Crisis, Mushroomhead, Scum of the Earth, Dead by Wednesday, Obituary, Destrophy, Bury your Dead, Through the eyes of the Dead, A Dozen Furies, Straight Line Stitch, Bless the Broken, Regiment, Till We Die, Winds of Plague, The Destro, Cephalic Carnage, Brujeria, Eyes of the Betrayer as well as some great local bands Irene, Full Circle, Burnt Face Jack, Abasia.
Deep 6's sound is very unique. They have a wide variety of influences, that fuse together to make up such an incredible band. Melodic, intense, diverse, dark, driving, deep, powerful, these are just a few words to describe it. You just have to experience it for yourself. Krystal's vocals are intense, she turns heads every time. She also has a custom 5 string guitar tuning, Yes 5 not 6 (if you look closely at the pictures, you'll see!) This allows for a unique tone, and distinctive guitar presence. On drums, for the new album is Kevin Talley (of dying fetus, daath, the red chord, devil driver) The new album is going to sound sick!
