I moved from native Italy to London in 1991, and walked a long mile since then! Here in London is where I've learned a lot of different music styles, met many great musicians (Tony Allen, Jim Mullen, Seckou Keita, Andy Sheppard, Nana Vasconcelos, Kuljit Bahmra, Paul Murphy, Gilad Atzmon, Cheo Feliciano, Baaba Maal, and many others), got involved in several creative and dynamic projects, and started my own music activities. Composing for film & theatre is one of them. In 2002, I received a BTEC diploma in composing & synchronizing music for film and video. Since then my compositional skills span through a vast variety of styles. I am currently composing for a new album of mine, rich with West-African and Brazillian elements.
