    My musical beginings were first nutured in Budapest in Hungary where i lived in my late teens. Having become a part of a band called R-GO as a percussionist and occasional drummer for a solo artist called Delhusa Djon, I then moved back to the country of my birth, that being good old Blighty lol. After playing drums in various projects, i moved into touring round the world with various bands as a technician. I had the good fortune to be Bill Bruford's drumtech for a while, and my love of all things jazzy was born. That encounter left a lasting mark on me, so i felt i needed to express myself musically in a direction i felt i'd never go, so born out of wanting to do something different, Dance Academy came into being. Using a mixture of electronica, jazz and sometimes an ambient feel, the overall sound is a gentle mix between these genres, enforced by a good dash of funk which never hurt anybody, giving a relaxed feel to the tracks. Production techniques i use to produce these tracks are heavily influenced by the late great Gus Dudgeon, who i had the good fortune to work with on a project called D Rose many years ago and some of his techniques have i think rubbed off on me as well :) ............ ....Myspace Layouts.. / ..Male&female.. / ..Hot Comments.. / ..Image Hosting.. .. ..........International music production web platform....
