There Was A Story On All The Local News Channels Of A Burning Truck Found Near The Ky River.
When the Fire Department got the fire put out they discovered a body in the bed of the truck....... It Was My Brothers Body. He and his truck were burned beyond regonition and found in a very, very remote orea, Off a main road & into a mud driveway (A very old boat dock).
Myspace Is A Big Place.....Maybe, just maybe, someone may see his picture & know something to help us bring Mark Justice..........

HE WAS SHOT IN THE FACE WITH A SHOTGUN,THEY SAID MARK HAD TRIED TO SHIELD HIS FACE BEFORE THE BLAST. HE WAS AFTERWORD BURNED UP IN THE BED-END OF HIS OWN TRUCK. WITH WHAT THEY COULD FIND AT THE SCENE (THANK GOD FOR SUCH GREAT FORENSIC ADVANCES) THEY WERE ABLE TO LOOK AT BONE FRAGMENTS AND PIECE THIS INFORMATION TOGETHER.
COULD YOU IMAGINE HAVING ONLY YOUR HANDS TO TRY TO SAVE YOUR OWN LIFE UP AGAINST A POINT BLANK BLAST TO THE FACE?
AS FOR HIS TRUCK THEY WERE ABLE TO GET DNA EVIDENCE FROM IT, WHICH WAS LATER
LINKED TO MARK.
I WISH I COULD TELL YOU ALL WHAT A WONDERFUL PERSON THIS MAN WHILE HE WAS HERE.
MANY, MANY TIMES I'VE SEEN HIM JUST DROP WHATEVER HE WAS DOING TO GO HELP A FAMILY MEMBER OR A FRIEND. IF HE THOUGHT HE COULD DO SOMETHING TO HELP MAKE A CHLID'S WISH COME TRUE HE WOULD FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
THIS MAN WOULD LITERALLY TAKE THE SHIRT OFF HIS BACK AND GIVE IT TO YOU.
HIS DREAM WAS TO ONE DAY TO OWN A BUSINESS. HE BUSTED HIS BUTT, AND I'VE HIM ACTUALLY IN BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS TO MAKE THIS DREAM OF HIS HAPPEN.
HIS BUSINESS WAS A USED FURNITURE STORE. HE WAS ALWAYS AT AUCTIONS BUYING PIECES, HE WOULD HAVE TO LOAD IT, HAUL IT BACK TO HIS STORE, UNLOAD IT, THEN DELIVER WHAT EVER HE SOLD, VERY TUFF JOB, BUT HE WAS HONEST AND HARDWORKING.
I THINK HE HAD MORE CUSTOMERS ON CREDIT THEN FULL PAYING CUSTOMERS BUT MARK HAD A HEART OF GOLD AND WOULDN'T SAY NO TO ANYONE, AND IT CAME FROM BEING RAISED BY 2 WONDERFUL PARENTS.
I SEE NO CLOSURE FOR US UNTIL WHATEVER MONSTER DID THIS TO MY BROTHER IS CAUGHT!!!!!!!
MY EMOTIONS ARE STILL AS IF IT WERE ONLY AN HOUR AGO THAT THIS HAPPENED. I CRY, I GET ANGRY, I'M IN DISBELIEF, I TOSS & TURN, THE WORST PART FOR MY MOTHER IS NOT ONLY HAVING HER SON MURDERED, HE WAS MURDERED ON HER BIRTHDAY. AND THE WORST PART FOR HIS SON WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO SAY GOODBYE OR I LOVE YOU.
I SOMETIMES WISH WE COULD SERIOUSLY MOVE TO THIS TOWN HE LIVED IN, VERY SMALL TOWN, AND WALKING THE STREETS WITH HIS PICTURE AND ASKING QUESTIONS. WE WON'T LET THIS GO AND WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO GET THE FUCKERS CAUGHT!!!!

MURDERED, ON May 6th, 2008.
This family needs the World's help to get him the Justice that he deserves. We need closure and there won't be any until Mark gets Justice.
Whoever did this to Mark...."you will get caught"
Mark loved his children, Lived for them, and loved life. Will you be able to look into their eyes and tell them WHY????
Will you be able to face his Son, his Siblings And his Mother and explain WHY???

Mark was living in Nichloasville, KY and running a Used Furniture Business (Jessimine County)
He was Murdered May 6th, his body and truck found at The Jessimine & Garrad County Line (Kentucky)
There is now a reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
Any information can be called into the Kentucky State Police - Richmond Branch.
I would love to see Bullentins going, its each and everyone's choice, but it breaks my heart when we mention him in bullentins and people ignore something so traumatizing but will repost about Dogs needing homes, (nothing wrong with that), I just wish they would take one second and click a post on a Man who was brutally taken from his family. Our Family Needs Closure!!! Maybe I'm wrong, I love animals too, but this is A HUMAN Life!!!!
I hope that what we have shared will help us, with posting a bulletin here and there alot more eyes will see this. We're not going ANYWHERE until Justice is served!!!!! I promise we will be here & continue with this search in which we will NOT give up on. I may even lose some Friends because they're gonna get sick of hearing it, but so be it. We will do whatever it takes, we will continue to do so until Justice Is Served.
