    .. .. .. ..Candidates.. is a band consisting of two real life people who enjoy being called Christian and Gareth. ..They've been best friends pretty much since the beginning of time, and now they're in an indie band together. Pretty cool, huh? ..So yes, there's only two of them, but they still bring the noise and coincidentally they also bring the rock. Their music is nice and good. But mostly nice. Listen for proof of their cocky statements! ..The songs are just demos, and quite shabby ones at that, as halfway through recording them, their next door neighbour got annoyed with them and told them to shhh. But Candidates' DIY ethics cannot be contained, and as such, they present you with the above demos. Yessssss. ..Lots of people have said quite nice things about these songs, which is nice of them. ..So far, they've been lucky enough to share the stage with such illustrious and diverse acts as Pete(r) Doherty, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Copy Haho, Sam Isaac, Tubelord, Cats and Cats and Cats, Rupert And The Robbers, Wonderswan, Luke Leighfield, Blakfish, Tired Irie, A Genuine Freakshow, The X Why, The New Vinyls, Midnight Mile, Jim Lockey, Joe Summers, Young Vinyls, Divine Secret and Irritant. ....At the moment.. they're looking high and low for gigs, and they'll literally play any where, any time, so send a message or leave a comment if you can help in that department :) ..
