About me:

The Canal Cafe Theatre is one of London's leading comedy/alternative fringe venues. Tucked away above a bar in the leafy environs of Little Venice, we're open 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year with a programme of up to 16 shows a week. We're an intimate cabaret style set up, a cosy place where you can eat, drink, and laugh by candlelight. Our programme is a mixture of new plays, old plays, sketch shows, stand up, cabaret, live music and other things we can't possibly catagorise. The theatre is home to NewsRevue. The Worlds Longest Running Comedy Show. A weekly satrical sketch show that changes each week bringing our own unique up-to-date version of current affairs. Check out www.newsrevue.com for more details WHERE TO FIND US? Who I'd like to meet:

We like to meet everyone, as long as you have a sense of humour. If you're easily offended, then the Canal is probably not the place for you. If you want to loose your inhibitions, spend an hour or two laughing at clever things, silly things and things you know shouldn't, or if you just just want a few drinks then come on down and say hello.
