Hey I just blogged - maybe I'm not such an old fart after all. Kind of narcissistic though - maybe I should stop now in case it gets to be habit forming.
Damn - I really need to get out playing again soon. All the local Cambridge forums seem to be full of youngsters that want to play emo or grunge. I'm glad they're all wanting to play their thing, but a) it's not really for me and b) they would loose all cred with an old fart like me on stage. So where do you find the rest of the old farts who want to play? It's not much to ask, just looking for talented people with no egos who want to play at a reasonably high standard without it taking over their life. Don't really care what sort of music it is as long as it's fun. Ho hum - I suppose I'll keep looking.
