It's been an eventful year for Bromheads, supporting Pixies at the
Troxy theatre, gigging in a German castle and instigating unauthorised
library invasions. Through it all, you, the fans have been downloading
the 12 monthly singles in your droves and like Pokemon with everyone
trying to 'Catch 'em All', some of you have been desperately clamouring
for a full set.
Bowing to peer pressure we are pleased to announce the release of
'The Lamp Sessions'. The 10 original tracks from the last 12 months
available for the first time on CD and digital download.
And as if that wasn't enough you can get a free download of Snow, and
the brilliantly popular video featuring an alternative take on Tim and
Dan, share the widget so everyone can get a copy. We have two upcoming gigs in Hartlepool on Friday January 21st and Chesterfield on Saturday February 5th. More details can be found on the new website. We're also hosting a couple of gigs of some of the best bands in
Sheffield at the Library Theatre on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th
December. Featuring Screaming Maldini, Black Flowers, Cats:for:Peru and
Jubby Taylor tickets are £5 for each night. More details and tickets can
be found HERE. |

Cinderellas - Free July Download Single - Pixies Support - Upcoming gigs
Current mood:
thankful
It’s been pretty hot for us lot this month. And that isn’t trendy street lingo, there’s no air conditioning at the studio and it’s like a sauna in there.
We been beavering away getting the monthly release ready and starting to get the album ready for release later this year. We are very excited about it !
We supported the Pixies at their special Fan club shows at the Troxy in London as their Special Guests. It was an emotional experience for the two of us, and we couldn't believe how well we were received. What an honour.
Gigs coming up this month in Leicester, York and the Tramlines festival in Sheffield.
16th July - Leicester Soundhouse
24th July - Sheffield Tramlines
29th July - York Fibbers
Heres another NEW great track for you....enjoy and share it with someone else.
Have fun

Library Invasion and Free singles catchup
Firstly, we thought we should show you the video of us getting in a spot of trouble last week at Sheffield Library
We were hoping to promote our gig at the Sheffield Library Theatre on April 30th as we now have £6 tickets for sale in Bowery, Sheffield Central Library and Fancie Cupcakes on Ecclesall Road as well as www.bromheads.tv/shop.htm, instead we got kicked out as we forgot to ask permission!
Secondly we're letting you catch up on downloading the free singles all month. At the moment it's Hole in the Head is up on www.bromheads.tv/download.htm, then Edey on the 11th, Magic Number on 16th, Dedicated on 21st and finally Snow on 26th, so spread the word so your mates don't miss out.
And finally, we're planning a big summer, if you have any ideas on how we should spend it just drop a note on our myspace page or email us on info@bromheads.tv.
