About me:
..Welcome to the great British film and television show!..
Visit the Mediatheques at BFI Southbank, London, the QUAD centre for art and film in Derby, and the new Central Library, Cambridge to view over 1500 complete films and television programmes from the BFI National Archive at the click of a mouse - for free!

'One of our greatest national cultural resources' - Time Out
'I think the Mediatheque is wonderful. I could have watched all day' - Terence Davies
www.bfi.org.uk/mediatheque..From home movies to feature films, documentaries to kids' TV, many titles have hardly been seen since their original release or broadcast - if at all. The Mediatheque is the place to make new discoveries and get reacquainted with old favourites.
New titles are added every month. The Mediatheque's digitised collections will grow to provide an unrivalled portrait of Britain across the history of film and television - from Blackfriars Bridge (1896) to Little Britain (2004).
How do I use the Mediatheque?
1. Just turn up on the day or book a viewing session by calling 020 7928 3535.
2. Check in with the Mediatheque attendant. Proof of age may be required - the registration process ensures that only age-appropriate material is made available to younger viewers.
3. Log on to a viewing station and start browsing.
4. To take full advantage of your trip to the Mediatheque, check out the listings of all titles available at www.bfi.org.uk/mediatheque.
