My grandfather RIP, who defined the term 'grand' other than just being the family patriarch. A man who endured great loss and unimaginable terror in WW2 that haunted him till the end of his days and still managed to maintain his heart of gold for others...without blemish! Both having a sense of humor & wit I still look for in others (my mom was mega smart) Truth is I have many...and yet just one ;)

I started martial arts training at an early age (about 8) and was sadly removed from "further" training due to exacerbated injuries (juvenile rheumatoid arthritis). However, im not known to listen when someone says "I CAN'T" ;) Shhh..admittedly I don't have all the moves..but the moves I do have...I have kept well.

..and yes I am "part" Cherokee and albeit a very small "part"..I leave this for all naysayers!!
