Black Arches is a Black Magic evil chef united culinary idea created by a chef named Adam O. The Concept brings counterculture into a kitchen setting, focus and structure. Although he is not very good and still learning, Black Arches is real and happening right now. What is an act of using Black Magic through being a line chef? Mostly for the good of things, it is also a philosophy that anyone can be a cook and that people have the finesse with in them. How Adam uses his finesse is through the Black Arts and into his cooking. Hence making it the arches or the gateway into a new path of fun as he calls it for chefs to explore. Emphasizing many influences such as Lucifer Rising by Kenneth Anger, and experiences of the evil streets of San Francisco Adam Ostrofsky focuses on his goal to promote an open gate. The Gate or the arches to culinary freedom he wants to bridge are structure of bringing the wild world of Apocalypse Culture books, and short essays by writers various great doctors like this one doctor who found how to freeze blood. My favorite writer must be from what i can gather is the most talented black magican of our time Georges Auguste Escoffier. This train of thought brings us into into the lifestyle of a restaurant and the fun life of a line cook with a lot of dark humor. Hence making cooking a dark religion and and the goal of Black Arches to tell chefs what they really are and to make them more focused on their path of a broad variety of dark trades they surround themselves with. With Dark Humor. Kind of like Gordon Ramsey but actually from hell. Only few know of this new philosophy to the kitchen. As in the future, this article will be more vague. What it is accepting the black, accepting the demon, accepting the fire inside, and knowing where your history came from. On both sides of the spectrum that he has created. "People in resturants have so much talent and are overlooked. I have seen chefs work and sweat like rockstars but stil everynight, they have no audience. Black Arches is a way to actully feel the line and see the chaos that erupts in the kitchen in front of your eyes. It closes the gap between being a rockstar and being a chef, which should be built. You may be a little mortified at what happens on stage at times when things get violent but its just part of the show... It is a kitchen concept bringing Sustainability to local farmers and artasians through pop up growth. Its a spooky driven concept that forces people to EAT organic food, offall through the eyes of smoke and mirrors. It could be in a bar, or a venue. The purpose is to teach people about food. Or to some eat a meal they thought in their lives would never happen.. We bring chefs together and have them make Black Arches their kitchen arena.
