WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT US AND OUR ALBUM: Aeroplane have only been together since last year,but you'd never guess.Each of the tracks has the sort of big confident and full formed sound that would make you think like these guys have been packing 'em in for years. Highlights? All of them-there's not a weak track here. Yes that good!And if their live sound is as fine as this then expect great things! (EVENTMAGAZINE.) Positives are plentiful, not least because honest and notably good song writing is worth a hundred flash fads. The title track 'Wishstar' has a strong message woven through a serious melody, and 'Stop Start' knows where its heart is, with more actual feeling than the bubble-gum pop of The Feeling, while there is only a couple of text books separating 'Try' from something from Hope Of The States' 'Left'. (HIGH VOLTAGE.) ‘Stop Start’ is a peach of a song, conjuring up phrasing reminiscent of a young Robert Smith. (SOUNDSXP.) NORWICH ARTS CENTRE GIG REVIEW:This show was a first home city headliner to mark the release of their debut album'Wishstar' they only came together last year and had only played a handful of shows prior to this high profile outing, making a sell out gig an impressive feat in itself. Aeroplane's hybrid of commercial pop-the likes of Coldplay, Feeder and Keane would be obvious reference points- was tight and well performed. Their bold songs pack a strong emotional punch with Harris' vocals soaring to the fore. (GOINGOUT MAGAZINE.)
